Recommended Wire Placement

• 1st wire / collar.  2 mm from collar
• 3rd wire / butt.   6 mm from end of reed
• Middle wire.  Typically 7 mm from middle of first wire to middle of second wire.

However each shape will be different and you may want to put the second wire at the narrowest part of the shape which might be a little “higher” or “lower” from our typical position
