Moosmann Student Bassoons
Our student-model bassoons include three bassoons from our Moosmann M-Series. These bassoons are perfect for students learning the instrument, or lifelong bassoon players who want to keep an instrument but have no long-term need for a professional horn.
The Moosmann M-Series is our Moosmann bassoon designed specifically for younger players. This Bosnian Mountain maple body bassoon comes in three different models: M21C, M24C and M24C-DLX. The M21C is designed as the perfect entry-level wood bassoon for schools & younger players. The M24C is designed for the advancing student—typically in high school or college—and the M24-DLX is designed for advanced students and has the sound and features for college and beyond.
