What is your return policy?
If you have the need to return an item, please send an email to: [email protected] OR call us at 610-278-5017 and we will provide the information for return procedures.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. Duties and Taxes are not refundable.
Returns must arrive in new, resaleable, perfect condition for full credit or exchange. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original order delivery for full refund or exchange. Items returned outside of the 30-day window will be subject to restocking fees. For more information on restocking fees, please contact us at the email address or phone number above.
Items should be shipped back to us using a trackable service such as FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
What happens if I refuse shipment or my delivery goes to the wrong address?
Unless the shipping error was made by Miller Marketing Co., Inc., customers are responsible for all fees, tariffs, duties and shipping costs incurred by Miller Marketing Co., Inc., including but not limited to the costs of refused or redirected shipments.
Do you charge sales tax on orders?
We charge 6% sales tax only on orders shipping inside the state of Pennsylvania.
Trial Period
The trial period for instruments is one week from receipt of the instrument. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for each instrument. We won’t charge you for the instrument return shipping fee if you decide to keep the instrument! Typical one way UPS / FEDEX ground shipping costs are as follows:
- Oboes – $35
- English Horns – $45
- Bassoons – $75
- Contrabassoons – $150
Instruments are shipped with “Adult Signature Required” and fully insured. Note: signee must
be 21 years or older for UPS / FEDEX to release the package.
We will need the following info for set up a trial: - Full name
- Shipping address (billing as well if different than shipping)
- Telephone number
- Credit card info to put on file
the credit card will be used to pay for the shipping costs and will be charged once the
instrument(s) are returned
If you decide to keep the instrument there are two options: - Used instruments are payable by check ONLY
- New instruments are payable by either check or credit card

Consignment Policy
We accept items such as bassoons, contrabassoons, bocals & reed machines on a consignment basis. Send us an email with picture and description of the item you wish to consign. Include model and serial numbers. We will contact you to discuss the selling price.
Our fee for this service is 15% of the final selling price. Proceeds from the sale are payable once we have collected the funds from the buyer. We service everything that we sell on consignment because it needs to look and play as well as possible to make an effective presentation to the prospective buyer. Also we take care of the insurance on the instrument while in our office, during shipment and during the trial at the buyers location.
Warranty
What are your warranty policies?
We offer a 1-year Limited Warranty on new instruments and a 90 day Limited Warranty on used instruments. This warranty covers mechanical problems excepting abuse, negligence or repairs done by other repair shops.
